One kitchen, three traditions.

Jade Wok House (a sample restaurant created for this demo) is built on a simple idea: the Chinese food Canadians love most comes from more than one tradition — and a good kitchen should honour all of them.

So the steamers run Cantonese dim sum all day, the wok station fires Szechuan mains with real peppercorn heat, and the Hakka corner tosses the chili chicken and noodles that Indo-Chinese families grew up on.

Everything is cooked to order, vegetables are cut fresh each morning, and spice is always your choice — mild for the kids, Szechuan-hot for the brave.
